Fruity Maja Blanca
Ingredients:
*250grams cornstarch
*1cup water
*3 small cans of condensed milk
*1big can of evaporated milk
*2medium cans of fruit cocktail
*3cups coconut milk(first squeeze)
*3cups coconut milk (second squeeze)
*Cheese
Preparation:
1.dissolve the cornstarch in 1 cup of water, make sure to dissolve thoroughly and set aside
2. In a pan, mix together the first and second squeeze of coconut, condensed milk, evaporated milk, fruits cocktail (reserve a little fruit cocktail for toppings) boil the mixture of ingredients on medium heat
3. boiling, stirring until the milk and fruit cocktail are cooked
4. After cooking, turn down the heat and mix little by little the cornstarch dissolved in the water, mix well, do not stop mixing until it is cooked or thickened
5. When it's cooked or you get the desired texture of the maja blanka, you can put it in the container you want
